Tamarillo Hearty
Halve the ripe, red Tamarillo and remove the flesh with a spoon, similar to a kiwi, and let it stew in a hot iron pan with a little olive oil. Halve the medium-sized chili pepper, remove the seeds, cut into strips and add to the pan to the Tamarillo. Finally, season with honey, salt and pepper. Great with meat dishes and ice cream....
