Grapefruit salad with olives, marinated feta cheese and bread

Preparation

Remove the seeds from the black olives (or buy already cut ones) and cut into slices. Peel the grapefruits and cut into 1 centimeter cubes, wash the zucchini, cut off front and back, half and slice thinly with a truffle slicer. Put everything together in a bowl, salt, pepper, add some honey from your region, pour in the olive oil and mix vigorously. Arrange the salad on a plate, put on the marinated cheese and serve with bread.

Ingredients: For 2-4 persons

  • 1 tbsp regional honey
  • 100ml olive oil
  • black pepper
  • fine salt
  • 200g black olives
  • 2 organic grapefruits
  • 1 zucchini
