

Tomato Bruschetta with Feta Cheese
Preparation
Cut tomatoes into 0.5 centimeter cubes and place in a salad bowl. Add olive oil and apple Cidre vinegar. Add honey, mix with salt and black pepper from the mill and season to taste. Cut the onions into 0.5 centimeter cubes and add to the tomatoes. Cut parsley finely and into small pieces and sprinkle on the tomatoes. Mix vigorously and let rest briefly. Roast the slices of bread in the toaster vigorously and rub with the peeled garlic cloves [apply the garlic vigorously to the bread with pressure]. Spread the bread on 4 plates each, and place the marinated tomatoes at least 2 centimeters thick on the bread. Finely chop the feta cheese with your fingers and sprinkle generously over the tomato bread.
